Some Additional Information

✔️ Book Early: Events like Skate Love Barcelona sell out fast! This also means booking your flight and accommodation early too as they won't be included in the ticket price [and the best accommodation can be booked up fast]!

✔️ Pack for Versatility: Festivals often mix park, street, and various rhythm skating styles so be ready to switch your wheels and attire up. You'll also need to be prepared for all weather conditions [we all know that weather patterns aren't what they used to be]. Lastly, make sure your skate wheel selection can manage a range of surfaces, you won't want to be left out on the sidelines!

✔️ Follow The Events Socials: Many updates drop on Instagram and don't have a designated website. Checking the comments can also be a good idea as the community is often well informed and a resource in itself -- particularly as the dates of the event draw closer.

✔️ Create A Skate Page On Socials: Having a social media page [particularly on Instagram or TikTok can be a really good way to maintain so many of those great new connections you make on your truck. Most skaters have one, so you can swap handles and spy on each other... err, I meant to stay connected, up to date with the latest skate trends and top yourself up with daily doses of roller skate inspiration once you return home.
