Core Roller Skating Skills Accelerator:
Friday’s 5.00 pm – 6.30 pm
This course is the place to start if you're a complete beginner [or have had several years out]. You'll learn the basic skills - step by step.

Edges, Transitions & Backwards Skating Accelerator:Â
Fridays 6.30 -pm – 8.00 pm
Pre-requisite: You must be able to skate forwards comfortably (with good balance and control). You’ll also need to be able to skate backwards for at least 5 metres!
We’ll cover the transition and backskating fundamentals before moving into more creative ways to explore your flow. Each week, we'll work towards advancing your backwards skating technique each week.

Rhythm Skating Foundation Accelerator:Â
Fridays 8.00 pm – 9.30 pm
New: Mondays 6.45 pm - 7.45 pm | Live Online Rhythm Skating [Mini] Course

Pre-requisite: Students must be able to start, stop, change direction and transition from front to back [on quad] skates. Jam plugs should also be fitted – no toe stops please!
You’ll learn the fundamentals of rhythm/dance skating in a safe and supportive environment. Each week, we'll work towards building your creative expression and flow on skates.

Mini Street Skating Accelerator [Spring & Summer]:
Sundays 10.00 am - 11.45 am
Pre-requisite: Students must be able to start, stop and change direction independently.
Learn the basics of street skating to better navigate a variety of surfaces, stairs and slopes and hills and enjoy the streets in your skates. Each week we'll work towards improving your stopping techniques, confidence in navigating different surfaces and mastering your control [and safety] on small and big slopes!

Roller skating isn’t without its risks! Please be aware that you particape at your own risk. Skate Base London and its instructors do not accept liability for any injuries incurred).
Do – wear loose comfortable clothing and supply/fit your own protective gear (knee, shin and elbow pads, wrist guards and safety helmet) to reduce the risk of personal injury.
Don’t – forget to bring water!
